Thanks for stopping by... I’m so excited that people are visiting my page! :)

I like wordpress a lot. I had a blog on BLOG.com and BLOGSPOT.com and I feel like wordpress gives me the most flexibility with my designs and layouts. Blogspot was a lot simpler to work with though. If a non tech-savy person it can get confusing during set up, but doable. Btw- your blog is great the way it is.

Thanks Matt for stopping by my blog :)

Steve did teach the class several hours each day and spent some one-on-one with each of us on couple occasions. He gave some tips and told stories about his photos. His staff did a lot of speaking as well, they were very involved and very professional (all of them were photographers).

There was some waiting around time while he spent one-on-one with others but that gave us the chance to sit with his image editor. We were able to see what it takes for a raw photo to be published and how much photoshop / lightroom work goes into each photo.

I did feel that Steve seemed a little disappointed that we were all amateurs. I think he would have enjoyed some professional photographers in the class and probably would have spent a little extra time with someone that’s more on his level (like yourself). He seemed to be interested in our stories and wanted to really talk to us, but on an amateur level there was very little experience that we shared with him. He loved it when people asked good questions (of course that’s when my brain usually freezes and all questions I had planned flew out the window)

Hopefully one day I will have the opportunity to go on his international workshop and spend a lot more time picking his brain. This was definitely an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life.

So did Steve even teach the class? Sounds like his staff did most the instruction and he popped in for a 30 min one-on-one. I have thought about this workshop, but always wondered how much time you would get from him, even in the way of teaching.
