Honeydew

Some websites measure fetuses in the size of fruit. So right now my baby is supposedly the size of a honeydew. (I’m so happy (s)he’s no longer a raisin!).  But since he’s measuring about a pound ahead, (s)he’s more likely a watermelon –much more delicious if you ask me!

I am 33 weeks today with about 50 days left till my due date… 50 days seems impossible. I did my math and if on average a baby grows half a pound a week and I have seven weeks left, my baby will be almost 10 pounds ::gulp::

At this time it seems that all I do is think, talk and sleep –baby.  Everything is Baby, Baby, Baby. I hope I didn’t forget how to take a picture!  But at least I got my 40D fixed ::YAY!:: I really wanted to get the Canon 5D Mark II but the 2.7K price was just not in the budget and I need to be realistic.  Instead I spent a little over $300 for a new sensor on my current camera.  I still plan on buying a lens that can fit infant photography (Canon 50mm f/1.2L USM here I come ::slurp::).  I also want to buy some lighting gear and a new Powershot.  This will be my forth powershot camera

I guess I should go back to practicing taking pictures. It has been almost nine months since I took a picture –embarrassing!
